Terms of Service
Your agreement with WaterLog
By accessing the WaterLog platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our maritime water analysis software and related services, including the WaterLog web platform and mobile app.
Accounts
Accounts are issued to you by your company or created by you during sign-up. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access data that does not belong to your fleet.
Your data
Your company retains ownership of the operational data entered into WaterLog. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Analysis results
WaterLog helps you record, track and analyse water test results. It does not replace the judgement of qualified personnel, equipment manufacturers' instructions or applicable regulations.
Intellectual property
The WaterLog software, brand and content are owned by WaterLog and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law.
Service availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, WaterLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WaterLog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page. Continuing to use WaterLog after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
